What are the best aspects of this product?

Our company has been using PayPal for months now to do transactions online. Its level of security is incredible. It supports many currencies, allowing us to accept and send payments to individuals across the globe. Whenever we encounter problems and ask for refunds, they give it to us immediately.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, the only negative experience we had using this platform is the lengthy process of transferring funds to our bank account. And I wish more stores offer PayPal as payment option.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can easily send funds to my friends, family, and peers living outside the country in just a matter of minutes. No need to spend a significant amount of time and effort just to send money abroad. Also, it is easy to change any international currency to local currency.
