What are the best aspects of this product?

PayPal's user-friendliness is always a big plus in our book, as well as its software easy integration with almost every other application that we use for personal and business be it WordPress, Jotform, or MailChimp. It makes it easy to send and receive payments from anywhere in the world. Our clients, friends, and families, on the receiving end, are all happy as well as the transactions are either free for family and friends or very reasonable rates for business clients. It is functional, safe and reliable for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing that we dislike would be customer-service (should anything go wrong). It seems to be rather difficult to get in touch with an actual person without having to go through a very elaborate process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It provided us a tool to offer easy payment options, with a quick process for hassle-free transactions. It is easy to send and receive money, especially for those that don't have a PayPal account. Best of all, transactions are received in a timely manner as it usually takes only 1-2 business days to receive your funds.
