What are the best aspects of this product?

I simply love how customizable PCRecruiter is! It's a fully featured software with ATS system with robust set of features and functionality. Their support is also notable and you can tell they are very knowledgeable and know how to handle things. The developers of this product really know the industry and came with something that is really superior.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product requires patience to configure and learn as it is a very complicated system. But once you have mastered it, you'll definitely see why it is one of the best. I hate to have to pay for a training fee but it is all worth it.
