Charged FULL YEAR FEE /CAN’T GET MONEY BACK after CANCELING!

What are the best aspects of this product?

None, tried and didn’t like. Cancelled and still being charged for the Full Year fee of $120. Trying contact them to get money back but unfortunately couldn’t get it back. Filling complaint to my credit card company and hope can get it back.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Charging full year fee after you sign up. It’s a fraud!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Please don’t charge full year fee and return the money after cancellation.
