What is PDFfiller?

PDFfiller is an easy-to-use, cloud-based PDF editor for business and individual usage. Relying on an intuitive drag-and-drop mechanism and a standardized suite of editing features, PDFfiller doesn’t require any specific type of training – choose your plan, sign in, and you will instantly be able to alter your PDF documents. Another important benefit of using PDFfiller is eSigning, as the system is perfectly enabled to create legally binding signatures with a photo, applicable both to traditional and mobile devices, and currently verified in 50 states. (under the E-Sign Act of 2000). The modern system also gives you the possibility to use an existing digital signature, or verify documents with QR codes.

PDFfiller also tackles compliance (HIPAA) and security concerns, as all signers and recipients have to be authenticated. They are required to enter their name, email address, and social media accounts, and submit a unique ID document. Users can also use 2-factor authentication, and create 4-digit pins to protect their information. To make matters even better, all files can be stored in an encrypted folder, and accessed only with the necessary permissions.

PROS: None, tried and didn’t like. Cancelled and still being charged for the Full Year fee of $120. Trying contact them to get money back but unfortunately couldn’t get it back. Filling complaint to my credit card company and hope can get it back.

CONS: Charging full year fee after you sign up. It’s a fraud!

PROS: I am just really enjoying using it! I LOVE all those tiny things they have inside, like checkmarks, highlighting, that you can leave a funny sticky note with your comment on the top of any page etc. This is really nice and convenient if your work with documents in pdf all the time.

CONS: It took me some time to master it. But overall, no more than 3-4 days. Once you familiarize yourself with their interface, it all runs smoothly. But I guess, this would be with any software you choose

PROS: This site is a big hype right now, during the tax season. Mostly because you can find and fill in any tax form online. It is also really user-friendly, even though I am not really digital native

CONS: If you upload a file or use a form which is more than 1-2 pages, it can go slow but it's hard to say, maybe it's just my Internet
