What are the best aspects of this product?
Saves really a lot of paper (this is probably more noticable for larger companies). Also a serious benefit is that they have integration with Salesforce
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Looks like I am using less than 50% of what they have inside. Many of those little things are not that necessary
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
If you don't use it for a day or two, the session automatically expires and I need to log in again. This is a bit annoying. I wish it could remember me, at least on my own mac, like for good.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Saved paper. And also saved quite a significant amount of money for several seats we've ordered (our boss used to be a big fan of Docusign, and then of Adobe but we switched from both, primarily because of the money)
