What are the best aspects of this product?

I find the app flexible for my purposes, I can use it on both my personal and business transactions. Being paperless makes it easy to separate and organize my files, it greatly reduced office clutter as well

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took time for me to work around the app and I still struggle with it whenever I get to print a document, the interface is too big for my screen that it hides the print button below. The instructions don’t come up that easily also, and the help section isn’t always available on some features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I get to receive forms in PDF format and with PDF filler you can just fill it out easily, plus you can get to compartmentalize your personal and working files.
