What are the best aspects of this product?
Once you learn it well enough - document preparation becomes really quick

Sometimes I get a bit confused with locating the documents I need
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Occassional the signing invitations get into spam. This needs to be fixed (though I am not sure this can be fixed on their side)
