Quite the paperless convenience I needed

The software is user-friendly and pretty convenient, its available for smartphone use and is connected to cloud storage making it easy for those who work on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s not that of a problem but I look forward to developers to create more shortcuts when it comes to saving files on specific folders on Google Drive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The cloud storage helps a lot and being paperless I don’t need to inconvenience my client to sign on an actual paper. I also like that you can get to customize the files according to your company standards for uniformity.
