What are the best aspects of this product?

The app is easy to use and quickly downloads your files whether it's in Microsoft Word or PDF format. Its autosave assures you that your file is safe in case of any problem, and it also works on your smartphone which is handy at times.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far I haven’t had any issues with the app, and it's been 2 years since I installed it.

The app helps you maximize the paperless format, as it bypasses the unwieldy process of printing, signing and scanning the file again.
