What are the best aspects of this product?

Pega BPM has so may competitive advantage from its top competitors in the market. The platform is really good. The feature is out-of-the-box. I also love the SLA, Audit trail, and declarative processing!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel like it's a bit pricey, so smaller companies would struggle to avail it. It also seems like it's exclusively designed from a business user perspective, so other organizations might not find it so helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It automated all our business processes. I love it.
