Pega BPM Review

PROS: This app is well-designed, intuitive to use, and user-friendly! I love that it works seamlessly with various tech apps.

CONS: Learning changes brought about by updates can be hard.

PROS: It can analyze data quickly plus its design is intuitive!

CONS: Lots of VMs are needed to optimize the use of the app.

PROS: I like Pega so much because there are several features made available to use for us programmers! We use this to develop and improve different applications with just minimal coding. It has increased our client satisfaction!

CONS: The documentation needs to improve.

PROS: Pega BPM has so may competitive advantage from its top competitors in the market. The platform is really good. The feature is out-of-the-box. I also love the SLA, Audit trail, and declarative processing!

CONS: I feel like it's a bit pricey, so smaller companies would struggle to avail it. It also seems like it's exclusively designed from a business user perspective, so other organizations might not find it so helpful.

PROS: This program has so many great features that allow users to develop BPM applications easily without using codes. They also have product support rolled out which allows us to collaborate with other consulting teams.

CONS: Pega lacks some features that its competitors have such as a wide variety of product options, process modeling, and loading capacities.

PROS: Pega BPM allows users to personalize their business processes and improves customer engagement. It doesn't matter what industry you're in, Pega is an easy-to-learn software that improves your businesses.

CONS: I just hope they keep on updating the program.

PROS: With just a simple drag and drop, it's really helpful in developing a complex application that will be really useful for your business. It doesn't require you to be knowledgeable about coding or programming. I also love that it's integrated with AI, Augmented Reality, and Machine Learning.

CONS: The software is not open source and it's a bit pricey for start-ups and small companies.

PROS: Some commendable features of Pega BPM: (1) simplified UI for business process flow management; (2) Process modification capabilities; (3) documentation functions; and (4) its wide selection of tools.

CONS: The number of configuration can be a little confusing for beginners.

PROS: This tool is great if you want to automate all your business processes and transactions. It has a lot of features that you will get to discover as you keep on using it and these features make you accomplish your job easier, quicker, and standardized. The whole system is commendable -- from the overall look to the functionality. It allows you to customize it according to your branding requirements.

CONS: There are so many things about it that you will get to learn upon starting, so it makes the learning curve really steep. You have to put so much effort into learning it for outstanding user experience and to fully utilize all its functions. I really also hope that the message boards get updated so we don't have to always call for customer support.

PROS: It's user-friendly software with uncomplicated functions that can help you create a complex system.

CONS: I don't like the sorting method. It does require some unnecessary clicks.

PROS: Best things about Pega BPM: (1) improves workflows; (2) improves efficiency; (3) customizable and low-effort; and (4) amazing selection of tools! All these features make Pega a unified platform that is good for your business.

CONS: They keep on releasing new versions of it in the market instead of upgrading a current version.

PROS: I love this tool because of its ability to provide good insights that help us in our team's decision-making.

CONS: I hope they would improve their CRM and marketing tools.

PROS: I love how easy it is to use even for a non-programmer like me. It allows me to drag and drop the elements, and its integration with other software makes it so easy to build a system.

CONS: There are some functionalities that I'm looking for that are still not available.

PROS: I love that it doesn't require users to be knowledgeable in coding.

CONS: One thing I don't like about it is it doesn't support open source technology.
