Some commendable features of Pega BPM: (1) simplified UI for business process flow management; (2) Process modification capabilities; (3) documentation functions; and (4) its wide selection of tools.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The number of configuration can be a little confusing for beginners.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It simplified the whole business workflow creation process! I also love that it's available for web and mobile apps.
