PROS: This software helped improve our hiring process. We are now better organized and have a better system for applicant tracking. We are also better able to communicate with the applicants regarding the status of their application.
CONS: It can be quite a challenge to transfer several applicants at once into another group.

PROS: PeopleAdmin has an excellent support team which continues to work on improving their services. They recently added a live chat feature which facilitated better communication with their clients. Their platform is user-friendly for both our HR team and the applicants. It lets us easily modify our workflows, thereby allowing for greater flexibility in our processes.
CONS: There are some modifications that we want to see with the performance module. We hope it will be more congruent with the other modules in the future versions of the software.
