PROS: PeopleAdmin is a reliable solution for job posting management and talent acquisition. It serves as the database for all our employee records and allows us to easily get the information that we need with its excellent search capabilities. It also ensures our confidentiality when working with documents like reference letters. It has a great analytics feature that enables us to assess the performance of our employees and reward them accordingly. Moreover, it has automation capabilities that make our job a lot more manageable.

CONS: PeopleAdmin is designed to cater to the HR needs of the companies in the education sector to which we do not belong. Fortunately, it still serves as a good management tool for us.

PROS: This software helped improve our hiring process. We are now better organized and have a better system for applicant tracking. We are also better able to communicate with the applicants regarding the status of their application.

CONS: It can be quite a challenge to transfer several applicants at once into another group.

PROS: PeopleAdmin is perfect for large enterprises. It helps boost our efficiency during the hiring process. It also has customization features that make working with job descriptions and job postings and managing applications easier.

CONS: We would like this platform better if it would have a more intuitive UI design and be user-friendlier in general.

PROS: PeopleAdmin has an excellent support team which continues to work on improving their services. They recently added a live chat feature which facilitated better communication with their clients. Their platform is user-friendly for both our HR team and the applicants. It lets us easily modify our workflows, thereby allowing for greater flexibility in our processes.

CONS: There are some modifications that we want to see with the performance module. We hope it will be more congruent with the other modules in the future versions of the software.
