What are the best aspects of this product?
Their amazing usability is the best part of the entire platform. We've been loving the new WFH features and chatbot deployment is the best thing that has happened in the HR domain.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Everything is relatively good, also for some organization the hierarchical structure visibility can be a concern but that can be easily fixed from the backend.
