What are the best aspects of this product?

The analytics part, that they have is amazing
All the data entered crafts a story, and gives out a productive and visually pleasing output!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Payroll is not a module they offer, but they do integrate it with other mediums
Hence not big of a pain point

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

OKR feature has been launched already, but Im eager to try it out in our organization and also the HR bot, the intelligent assistant!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our hiring process was aligned in a systematic format
And the performance management also doubled the productivity
