Very easy to use!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Pros are that they offer the product really cheap. I saw the review on this website which mentioned that they don't offer some kinds of support but that is not true. They offer any kind of support you need. The data migration was very easy and we had no problem to start using the platform. Very diligent support as well who gave us all the training at no extra cost. The platform is well designed and they are still launching new features for use on the platform which I really appreciate. They really hear us out and want to make the platform the best possible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When applying for leave, there is no option to notify the entire team but you can put the names of the people and it auto-fills.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

An Intra-company chat feature would be amazing. It would really help us sitting in different offices to communicate quickly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Hiring became really efficient after getting peopleHum. Reaching out to potential candidates was super easy and the resume parser did an amazing job.
