What are the best aspects of this product?

Very simple, very easy, very understandable! Suitable for more complex operations too, especially when you have to train new comers on a product the way I do. Does the work, really, I feel so relieved!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am not a fan of complex implementation processes, and this one was harsh. Still, I was not that surprised- a company that has so many global offices was not even expected to take less than 6 months to implement such product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It enriched our global presence, per se, and it collected all relevant data in a way that allows us to make important decisions without wasting too much time.Web data access helps a lot, you will see that yourself.
