A tool for accounts payable

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the reporting function is so easy to use, which could be said for the program overall. Navigation is intuitive, and there are delivered templates that save plenty of setup time. The best part is definitely the 'Favorites' tab, because it gives me single-click access to the tools I am using the most.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As easy and intuitive as it is, the UI seems a bit outdated-I'm sure there is a way to make it more visually appealing! Dashboards are good, but far from perfect, as I often get confused with vast clicks and data browsing. Still, there are more advantages than disadvantages.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PeopleSoft is our tool for payrolls and invoices, but we also use it to approve and verify Accounts Payable and other payment requests. It is also good for monitoring and paying vendors. The workflow's intranet portion interfaces from and to Oracle Web Center, while the Indexing Software intefaces from and to PeopleSoft's Accounts Payable. We love it because of its simplicity, and we got comfortable with it in no time.
