Good, but limited

What are the best aspects of this product?

To be frank, I didn't care about functionality as much as I cared to discover a program whose user interface will not be spoilt by multiple bugs.I have to describe this interface as smooth and understandable, and I have nothing to complain about in this aspect.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, the software looks absolutely bland, and reminds of pioneer programs from the early 2000s. They should definitely improve their graphics if they want to keep users on board.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This Oracle platform helped me to sign up for classes, log in working hours, and pay tition fees in a fast and secure manner. I also use it to follow feeds from my University, since all administrative data is logged for students to be informed. The program is a revolutionary improvement in the Student-Administration relations.
