I work as a service desk representative, and I am in charge of assisting employees with PS problems

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am pleased to have found the best finance organizer, which tracks and evaluates employees at the same time. The thing I use it mostly for is controlling security access, approving requests, and solving employee problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Most of my work is done online, and their small fonts and clumsily combined colors make me struggle a lot. I definitely need a color customization tab, and a better help section to help me deal with any problem. The spinnign circle happens to be to slow when I need it the most (usually in the morning while everybody is logging in). I'm not an Internet Explorer fan either, so I would like to see the program usable for Firefox or Chrome too. Overall, I think the product needs a 'modern touch' in order to be perfect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm hepling employees to use the program and to carry out finances with it. It involves DAL security, journal requisitions, orders, purchases, etc. The main advantage we all discovered is keeping information stored in one place, that's just too helpful.
