PeopleSoft is great tool for keeping track of work hours

What are the best aspects of this product?

It allows me to record how many hours I have worked in a day, how many hours of PTO i accrued and how many hours of PTO I will have. It allows me to see compensation history, promotions, wages and other. I like to keep track of things and to see priorities. There is even an option to see past year W-2’s which is helpful option.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it may be offline and I have to postpone some things. Also, they could include search function option so I can easily search the things I need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is extremely helpful tool for managers to keep track of the workflo of their employees. It provides with summary of all their employees and it helps them to keep things more organized, they can track hours without signing and out on a piece of paper.
