What are the best aspects of this product?

Choosing PS was not wrong at all-it delivered all IT and HR functionality I expected, and it obviously influenced the productivity of our institution's professional performance. It makes us look like a flexible, talent-inspired team that uses their Talent Management Platform to attract, motivate, and retain top workers. With such insight withing our workforce, we make strategic decisions to transfer and appoint employees for particular tasks. Another good thing is simplicity of access-you keep that one when you find it!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike, maybe just the fact that the system slows down here and there. I think that happens to every program that is heaped with so much data (we have over 10.000 employees!)

Mostly workforce and talent management, but there are also good payroll options.
