PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that we can easily customize it so it can meet our needs and workflows of our organizations. This is all inclusive HR system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, this tool is not designed as an ATS because it offers limited service and it can be hard to customize it for recruiters, compensation, finance and etc. Also, the position creation is not as intuitive as it should be. Also, this tool is not mobile-friendly and this is huge dislike from us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PeopleSoft helps us to track over 1k unique apps a month, and this is highly helpful for us because we don’t have to use paper anymore as we used to 10 years ago.
