What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most is that I am able to view lot of data in one place. It allows me to update my demographics, benefits and to see payroll. I can chane direct deposit, keep track of the paycheck, review and record the performance management, change my benefits, etc. And the other good thing about PeopleSoft is that it allows me to see the salary history, which is extremely important to me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like them to change the interface because it looks outdated and it is hard to navigate it. They could implement buttons instead of drop-down menus because I have to click in lot of different areas and to search around in order to find what I need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our employees are provided with self-service and this minimizes the need of human resources. The benefits are time-management and our employee satisfaction. We can easily submit service request thanks to this solution.
