What are the best aspects of this product?

PeopleSoft is extremely easy to use and you will need only few clicks in order to get information you are searching for. It helps us to find unapplied money and to see where the money is before it is applied for some things. It helps us to make better decision on our HR requirements and to move the money where they need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to say that I don’t like the software UI because I have to open an Excel spreadsheet in order to see if there is money in suspense and the information we get through UI is difficult to read it is not intutive as it should be. Also, I’m not very familiar with customization options as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I started using Peoplesoft in order to obtain information for accounting and it helps us to track where the money is.
