PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool offers huge amount of tools and features and it covers almost everything you could want from a HR solution. There are some features that we didn’t know that would be helpful for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool feels complicated because of lot of features and it is no longer intuitive. We look forward to upgrade and incorporate the dashboards and I believe it will become more inuitive than it is now. Also, it takes some time of training and knowledge in order to learn how to use some basic features. Furthermore, some scheduling queries features are cumbersome and it makes high level of training in order to edit and understand them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We customize it so we can track vacant positions and filled positions and to even make changes to print it. We use homegrown apps so we can request employee changes like payment or locations and its fluid functionality of the manager helps us to make these changes easily. It helps us to simplify the process for managers.
