What are the best aspects of this product?

Percolate's interface is so easy to learn. At the same time, it's able to give users a wide array of tools. They're able to handle almost any form of marketing whether it's making project plans all the way to execution. Its centralized calendar can store varying projects. At the same time, the calendar lets you peek at your team's progresss. Their asset management system is one main reason why we use it a lot.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, abrupt changes make it difficult for us to get around new tools. It can be a bit of a problem in terms of adjustment. Also, better tools aimed at non-digital marketing should be included (if there's any). Tracking of user changes need some enhancements. It'd be a treat to see individuals who are responsible for the creation of briefs and assets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were aiming for a system that can streamline our digital communications and marketing efforts. This definitely did more than just that. Aside from those, we're able to directly link with third party applications in buying added services.
