What are the best aspects of this product?

We prefer a centralized calendar that we can easily access. Its social channel posting features are robust. What's more, it's very intuitive and saved us plenty of time. Percolate did a great job in streamlining our workflow. We were able to plan better content for future posts

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It'd be nice to have some sort of feature that lets users flag posts in licensed versions. For instance, being able to flag a customer servivce problem, then assigning it to a certain team via different licenses.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to solve issues regarding native posts in every social media channel. Being able to look into areas that are doing well and re-purposing content th right away is a big win for us. Percolate assistted our editorial and social teams to sync with each other when it comes to planning. With more poeple using this tool, we're more aligned in meeting our marketing goals.
