What are the best aspects of this product?

Its calendar tool lets us peek into social contents as a whole. The analytics section proves to be a gem as it helps us evaluate the effectiveness of our campaign. Its mobile app allows for social channel listening and posting to be done on the go. It's so easy to be doing all these!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be annoying not having the ability to make a post on Instagram. But I can understand Percolate isn't the party to blame. What's more, its latest asset editor update led to more issues than it solving problems. As a result, we had to stop its use.

Percolate was really our primary tool for establishing social media presence. From the beginning, it gave us the chance to look into our social media presence in a wholistic manner. Thus, translating to consistency across important networks. Furthermore, its analytics tools helped us become smart decision makers when it comes to sharing content.
