What are the best aspects of this product?

This program is very simple to install following the system information and it has great features for the payment and contracts. It's user friendly for both the company and the staff. The payment system makes tracking easy and very simple however the presentation of the report is not that impressive to me. It's helpful to identify every customer. The payment service is easy to follow.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This automated demonstration program is not easy to comprehend. The technical staff as well is not that good at giving customer support. It takes a lot of effort to learn the process. Other functions are difficult to understand and download is very much costly. Customer services can be enhanced based on the specific KPI and nature of the problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's very simple to use with this electronic payment system. It's quite easy to use the software. Its mobile version is very simple and understandable. I no longer use this software because the instructional feature is hard to comprehend.
