What are the best aspects of this product?
The girl that did my initial training with the product was very vice and very helpful. It seemed at first like a great system. I just figured there would be a learning curve. Eventually I figured out that it just an archaic system where literally every task is difficult. Nothing about the usage of this product is intuitive
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It isn't user-friendly. It isn't intuitive. Poor visual design. Customer service was great until I informed them that I wanted to cancel. Ever since since its been a nightmare. They really try to... "take advantage of" you on the way out. Hopefully we can resolve our issue and I can update this review.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Month to Month contracts. Intuitive design. Improved UX.
