What are the best aspects of this product?
NONE. It is expensive, it does not work well, they will sell you things they will not provide.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
ALL. Terrible customer service, insanely expensive, holds your data hostage so you can’t leave once you realize it and tries to stick you with a bill of 40k to cancel. We lost so many customer due to this CMS

This cost me over $40k a year plus $55k for someone to manage it because it was so bad we had to do everything manually. So 100K a year.
