A big help when you want to grow

What are the best aspects of this product?

I can't say enough good things about how well-designed this tool is. I very quickly got the hang of how to use the dashboards, and the design is really user-friendly. It is also incredibly helpful that I can access it from anywhere that has an internet connection since it enables me to keep an eye on work even when I am moving around and on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I think they can improve on is letting this tool integrate with other programs. Other than that, I think that this tool has a lot of positives going for it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, we've been able to monitor the sales of each individual customer. Because of that tracking and monitoring, we've been able to notice trends and determine which offerings would best suit the customer. That, in turn, has resulted in more sales for us.
