A tool that is user-friendly

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate how user-friendly this software is. It is so easy to grasp. Another thing I appreciate is how accesible and capable their customer support team is whenever I encounter an issue.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I think they can improve on is the databases. When I try to modify them, it can get a little tedious and complicated. Maybe they can make this more intuitive in future versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has really helped us to make business decisions that are backed up by accurate data and information.
