What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the first thing I experienced with Phocas is that I can collect information very easily and fast and most important I can check products and customers altoghether. But, according to my experience with Phocas one of the best things is that you can spot any problem or issue within your company and you can work on it, as we always do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Something that I don't like is the price for the small companies and customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Product and customer management. Thanks to Phocas we have increased the margins on specific customers and we increased the profit as well, by simply following the information about the customers and the products they consume.
