Simple techniques to build dashboards and awesome analytical tools and systems to build calculations. We have access to many levels thanks to the admin sections that is very easy to use. All in all, the software is useful for every user, everyone in my team knows how to use it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could work on the bugs when it comes to calculations or some advanced searches, the programmers need to work on solving this issue even though the customer support is very helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is helpful for our managers to see how the sales are going. Phocas gives us better view about customer group, also we can put on top line what we believe is important so the other employees can examine the data in depth.
