What are the best aspects of this product?

What I really love about this software is its simplicity, for e.g. Phocas put our data into simple and easy-to read format that can be shared and analyzed by every member of my team. Dashboards are especially helpful because helps our team to make the right decisions very quickly. All stored data is available for the users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All in all, I am very satisfied about Phocas, they only need to work on their e-mail features so we can send reports directly to our team members and sales stuff. Also, I need to learn how to use the Location part that show where the business is coming from, geographically.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Best thing about Phocas are analyzes of declining customers. Following the reports we are able to contact the customers and to find about issues and problems, in this way we can work for the solutions and how to grow our business.
