What are the best aspects of this product?

I have easy access of the sales and profits and how my business is doing on the market including the information of the different time period e.g. I can easily get the information from previous year. The process itself is time-consuming, but now with Phocas I only spend an hour to gather information for each section of my company.

There is a lot of information about the software and its benefits but I don't have enough time to study it thoroughly.
