Nothing at all. Horrible customer service. Would not allow me to talk to a supervisor or the fraud department.

I purchased a Voip business line 2 weeks ago. I have recieved calls on the line and just purchased business cards with the number on them. 2 weeks later, I get an email saying my account has been suspended because they suspect fraudulent activity. I called customer service. They said they cannot clear the issue or disclose what was fraudulent. My business is REGISTERED with the secretary of state. They also should not have waited 2 WEEKS after I paid for my service and used it to end my contract. They refunded me my money. However I want my $100 I purchased for my business cards that have my business number on them. I also want an explanation. I was never contacted to verify anything. I emailed them and called them from the number/email I SET UP MY ACCOUNT with!
