What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a lot of things I like about Phorest. I mostly like that it consistently performs well. The customer support they provided is very helpful and responsive. I'm also enjoying its simple and easy interface, as well as its added features, the branded app, as well as its text messages.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It'll be great if they can fix the issue between using the USA and the United Kingdom, specifically the date format. It messes up our clients' birthdate data, we ended up having a problem with exporting it. More helpful info on the branded app, it feels like we could not maximize its use due to limited knowledge. It'll be very much helpful too if they can give heads up on the transition process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communicating with clients is clear and smoother thanks to the text messages. Marketing seems to be a great add on though we have not explored this area yet. So far, we are happy with the software being reliable at all times, unlike the old software that often lags.
