What are the best aspects of this product?
It took us quite a while before we decided to use this software since we had to compare it with the other salon software out in the market. We ended up choosing this one because we were impressed by a lot of things. Just some of the things we were impressed by include their text reminders, their Reconnect feature, how the software handled day to day operations, the software's customer service aspect, and just how user-friendly this software was. We were already won over after the initial training.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do wish it was easier to reach their customer service team. Currently, we have to book an appointment to speak with them and some issues need to be resolved immediately.

Aspects of our business that were improved by this software include our inventory, application of discounts, our day to day operations, and the setting of appointments.
