PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am impressed by how open and willing to help their customer service team is. Any issues we've had have been resolved quickly and promptly. I also appreciate how helpful their training team was, whether they were training the front desk or the owner. It was impressive how much knowledge they had of their software and how confident they were in teaching it to us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This software should learn to adapt to the salons they want to serve, rather than have salons adapt to them. I own a salon that pays on commission, so I can't possibly be charged for using the software for online bookings. I chose to pay the flat fee instead because I was told it would include everthing but that has not been the case. I think it is the software that should be shouldering the cost or they should adapt to the way the salon does their business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have benefitted in many ways from this program. It has helped us reconnect with clients, provided us with layouts and templates for webinars, customer retention, and special offers. It has also empowered our clients to leave reviews about our service.
