What are the best aspects of this product?
As a business owner, I appreciate how much control the software gives me, especially when it comes to what employees can and can't do on the system. The software is very user-friendly and intuitive. I also like that it is cloud-based since all the employees can easily look at their schedules.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This could be the top system in the world if it made a few changes, especially when it comes to the salon customer's point of view. As of now, the software caters too much to the perspective of the stylist or the salon owner.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Perhaps the biggest thing this software has done for us is that it has helped us to manage our online reputation. Thanks to this tool, we only need to go to one location to see all of the reviews and then respond to them. This software has also improved our reputation since it prompts customers who give us a high rating to also post on Yelp, Facebook, or Google. Now I am just waiting for them to allow me to access and change my business's profile on Yelp, Facebook, and Google from the online reputation page. That would be a great help since I no longer have to go to those sites individually.
