PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

When a software performs this consistently it's hard not to be impressed. Other things that I was really impressed by include how user-friendly this software is, as well as how quick to resolve issues their customer service team is. The added features, brand app, and text messages are also appreciated.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We encountered an issue when we tried to import our clients' birthdays because the software did not support the date format we were using. I think one improvment that the software can introduce is to make it possible to have a UK and USA version. I'd also like more of our issues with the branded app looked at and resolved. Another area where they can improve is with the transition process, because I feel like it was not comprehensive and clear enough.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have to admit that we haven't really used the marketing aspects of this software to the fullest, but even then I've been able to see an improvement in our marketing. The text messages have also improved how we communicate with our clients. This is definitely a huge improvement from the software we had been using before, because this one performs consistently.
