What are the best aspects of this product?
We were using different software before this one and I have to say there's a big advantage when using Phorest. With the previous software, none of our issues got resolved. We are happy with Phorest's customer support, we always get a prompt reply and effectively resolve the problem we may be having while using the software. I am also impressed with the marketing solutions it offers plus our clients are enjoying the convenience of booking online without any hassle. I love the detailed reports too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One thing I'd like to see them add is a place where the client's card information can be stored. I am also not a big fan of the online booking fees and the fact that the fees I have to pay for it are international. Another thing they could add is birthday reminders because it is tedious to have to go to each person's profile just to find out when their birthday is. They could also improve the Pay aspect of this software. We had an instance where the software added a 20 percent tip on all the products bought by the customer. We've referred this concern to the customer support and I'm looking forward to the improvement.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Numerous positive benefits on our end. Clients now find it easy to book online since the process is streamlined. The prompt to send reviews to Google has helped improve our business's standing. Our business process has also improved thanks to the reports and tipping features.
