Salon software that is so easy to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate how easy it is to set up and move appointments with this software. All I need to do is to drag an appointment, and voila! The timing of the appointment is changed and I don't even need to open the ticket. This is a feature that I am impressed with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is an aspect of this software that can be frustrating. When you're viewing your schedule on the phone, you can only see week by week. This can be very tedious when you want to see what you'll be doing months in advance. I hope they include this view in a future version because what I do know is to scroll week by week until I get to the desired period and that is such a big waste of time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When you compare it to the software we were using before, this has had a positive impact on our workflow. It is also very user-friendly, with the transition to this software going over smoothly with our staff.
