What are the best aspects of this product?

I most appreciate how this software made my work life easier. I am impressed at how well they conducted their training and how responsive their customer support team is. Features like integrated credit card processing and marketing, online booking, and reports are some of the other things that impress me about this software as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A couple of changes can be made to make the software better. I think they should look into improving their tipping as it tips on the total, making the customer pay more. I also think they should look into their use of military time as it can be confusing. They can also make it easier for clients to see their booked appointment. Currently, they have to log in to be able to see that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our business has run much more smoothly ever since we started using this software. So much of our time has freed up now that we don't have to spend as much time on the phone with our clients.
