What are the best aspects of this product?
I love Picatic’s design and simplicity. I love that I’m able to use this software for free. It’s one of the best event management platform I have used in my entire career. The whole work is simple, you can easily create event, embed it on the website in order to scan tickets for the guests with the app. It allows me to support Canadian company as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’m not satisfied with the search engine when it comes to searching events in my area, but I don’t really see this as major issue. The process of cash can be little clunky, online sales of the tickets go through this platform. But, I love that I can pre-sale tickets from Picatic platform.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I was searching for a simple tool that would help me to sell tickets for my workshops and concerts. Thankfully, I have found Picatic and it does the job. I can easily promote event and sell more and more tickets. I love its attendee management tools because they help me to stay in touch with those participants who have been on my other events. It helps us to reduce cost.
