PROS: We are preparing huge event and we started using Picatic so we can do the job. Bryan from Picatic support team offered us meeting and demo so we can better understand how this product works and how we can optimize the event. He is great and we really like the demo version because we have found many interesting things that this product is capable of. It provides unlimited options with API integration.

CONS: I don’t have dislikes.

PROS: I like that I can re-create an event, this way I save everything of my payment account info through Stripe, and I can easily change any details. I love this feature. I’m able to personalize all events and to add my own photos and detailed descriptions. It allows me to create various ticket options for each and every event I create. I am able to create URL address so I can easily advertise and share the link with my audience.

CONS: I don’t like the amount picatic takes out from my sold tickets. I sell my tickets for $300 and the system takes $20 for using this service. I know that even this company needs to make money but this is huge amount for me. I think I’m going to switch to other system. I would like to receive updated sales report when the tickets are sold.

PROS: Picatic is professional and affordable online ticket sale solution. It’s great even for small and nonprofit organizations. You can create event page by using its options so you can promote the event and attract more audience. You are able to sell your tickets to your loyal audience and to collect donations.

CONS: I had some struggles in learning the dashboard and to learn some tech skills in order to operate the system.

PROS: I love Picatic’s design and simplicity. I love that I’m able to use this software for free. It’s one of the best event management platform I have used in my entire career. The whole work is simple, you can easily create event, embed it on the website in order to scan tickets for the guests with the app. It allows me to support Canadian company as well.

CONS: I’m not satisfied with the search engine when it comes to searching events in my area, but I don’t really see this as major issue. The process of cash can be little clunky, online sales of the tickets go through this platform. But, I love that I can pre-sale tickets from Picatic platform.

PROS: Picatic has great design, reliable event management platform that offers great set of features and functions. I simply love this Canadian technology solution and it has become N.1 in online management market. It does the job and thanks to its set of wonderful options it meets my needs.

PROS: We run same event many times and this tool allows us to recreate it. In my experience, the software and its interface are extremely easy to learn and use. It’s really helpful for my type of work and its customer service is amazing, responsive and always accessible.

CONS: I wish I had more simultaneous events but the percentage increases this way. I need an option where I can promote my events on the website, I do marketing tasks as well but I would like to tap into its community in order to promote it even better.

PROS: Picatic is user-friendly software, easy to set up and accessible. It doesn’t require some website management knowledge. You can learn all editing options and you will get a possibility to pull out the attendee lists in so many different ways. You can keep copies for internal records.

CONS: I have to say that I don’t like the connection with Stripe for payments. Also I couldn’t add someone on registration lists. It would be great if there is an option for attendee purposes of exporting full list of those who would attend the event and mark them off as there or not.

PROS: With Picatic I can easily create and manage events for my students. I’m able to recreate the same events in just a few clicks, all I have to do is to fill the calendar of recruiting information sessions. I can easily create events, ticketing and registration from any device whether it is Pc, tablet or mobile device.

CONS: They have changed their fee structure and its premium plan is not for everyone. And its registration page for attendees implies free events so be subject to a $1 fee.

PROS: I love the integration with wordpress, I love its design and the fact that is online based solution. I love its support from its customer support team. They even helped me to update the wordpress plugin.

CONS: I would like them to implement an option for setting up a waiting list for events that are already booked. I wish I have simple interface in order to setup admin alerts when someone reserve the seat for the event. And some iOS app is too light on features.

PROS: Event registration has never been easier. The interface of this system is easy to set-up, it has low fees, and the registration and payment process is easy as well.

CONS: I would like to have archive folder where I can see past events emails, or an options to save past email text as template. For e.g. I would like a template with important information in the email such as directions, where to park, what to bring, etc. so I can use this same template to other future events.

PROS: Picatic is flexible and it offers simple web tools and options. I am able to use free ticket options so I can avoid paper tickets. It’s like printing off tickets and sell them for cash without having to pay the credit processing fee. I can always scan them and make them like regular ticket. It has social integrations and this is very helpful for us, because we can promote the event and invent people on their social media.

CONS: I don’t have any dislikes by now, it works great.

PROS: Picatic interface is simple to use, it allows me to create events and manage tickets in an easiest way. Our users can easily find registration and to perform the process easily. I love how visually pleasing are the event pages that I create. I like the event sponsor interface because it allows me to add logos and links for sponsors in the event. I look forward to use the survey section soon.

CONS: I would like to see an integration with Mailchip or Zapier, but I have heard that these features are coming. I would like an option where I can manually delete tickets from registrants. I need this because sometimes people register for some free event and later they change their mind, and this is very important for the events with limited number.
